* COMPLAINT: Dissatisfaction related to products or services.
** COMPLAINT: Dissatisfaction unrelated to products or services; or discomfort or dissatisfaction regarding customer service.

Filing a claim does not preclude other dispute resolution options, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
The provider must respond to the claim or complaint within a period of no more than fifteen (15) business days, which cannot be extended.
